I saw the number 145! 145.9 and that event has not yet been repeated, but I saw it!! My goal is to be a solid 145 by then end of the month and I am looking for some evidence that I have been exercising for 2 weeks. None yet, but I know that is to be expected. I am working out with Netflix and loving it. 2 piece...here I come!!
I am now in 10's more than 12's and have pitched my 14's! That is very exciting!!
