Okay, I have been at 145 again for 4 days. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stay there or go lower.
No more numbers higher than 145! This is a struggle. It is not easy to loss weight, but it sure is easy to gain it! I can't wait to have some nicer weather so that I can get out there and walk or jog. Working out in my living room all by myself is getting really old!
